Whilst our reserves were beating Dukinfield Town Reserves at Ladybridge High School today, County TV managed to catch up with our beaming Academy Manager Mark Ormrod and he was smiling from ear to ear about the session he’d had with the kids this morning…

Down in the Sports Hall of Bolton St Catherine’s Academy, he had our youngest players concentration on passing and angles and he was so, so pleased with how they did. Listening to instructions and enjoying the games, he had them creating angles from wall passes and he said that each and every one of them were doing it so well that even he was taken aback by the quality. These kids are coming on leaps and bounds each week and they’re loving it in the process!
