You read that right. Our 75th Anniversary celebrations continue – and this time we join forces with our friends from Tonge Cricket Club – as together we host our first-ever Beer Festival – and it promises to be a brilliant weekend!

So on with the entertainment. £10 gets you supper and a glass and we’re also laying on some superb live music – starting on Friday 22nd September – as Mike Roberts takes to the stage. A local lad most often seen at Definitely Maybe Bar hosting Jam Night on a Thursday, he is much-travelled across the North West and is a great act to get you going. This will be excellent so make sure you don’t miss out…

It doesn’t stop there! Because on Saturday 23rd September, we welcome international singer Jack Bennett to Tonge Cricket Club. The front-man of St Helens’ based band Stiliia, Jack’s voice ranges from clubland classics through to modern tunes and having performed in Spain and Greece, he has the audience applauding after each song. Another not to be missed – and washed down with some of the excellent ranges of beers, gins and spirits that will be available, this is going to be a weekend hard to remember/forget…
